"Alaskan Brown Bear and Alaska Landscapes" Nature Photography Workshop
Join Outdoor Photo Workshops on an adventure to Alaska where we will photograph the legendary Alaskan Brown Bear at the height of the salmon spawning season. Our workshop will be hosted by Redoubt Mountain Lodge, an exclusive retreat tucked deep into the heart of Lake Clark National Park that provides unparalleled access to the Alaskan wilderness and its wildlife.

Each day will be packed with photography opportunities as we explore in and around the waters of Crescent Lake. We'll photograph the bears as they hunt the spawning salmon, plus we will take the opportunity to hike the trails in the area to observe and photograph wildflowers (which will be at their peak bloom), the nearby mountain ranges including Mt. Redoubt, and the huge variety of scenery and other wildlife the region has to offer.

We'll stay in Redoubt's private log cabins overlooking Crescent Lake where we will be treated to comfortable lodging with beautiful views and great food. This is the only lodge and privately owned property within a 25-mile radius and this workshop offers an incredible opportunity to explore the Alaskan wilderness and photograph wildlife and scenery rarely seen by others. Join us for this one of a kind Alaskan adventure!

Please visit our "Grizzlies and the Alaskan Wilderness" Nature Photography Workshop page for more details or to register for this photo workshop. If you have additional questions or would like to register by phone, please call or email Nicole at Nicole@OutdoorPhotoWorkshops.com or (813) 956-8702. Thanks and we hope to see you in Alaska!

"Into the Everglades" Nature Photography Workshop
Our January workshop, "Into the Everglades" is now filled, we appreciate the great response this workshop has received!

If you haven't heard about this workshop yet, this is going to be a very unique photography adventure and workshop in the Everglades, not just walking well traveled trails or sightseeing from the side of the road, but kayaking (no experience necessary), boating, and hiking off the beaten path. You will be deep in the Everglades where most people never go, and get photos that most people never get!

Please visit our "Into the Everglades" page for more details or to register for this one-of-a-kind photo workshop! If you have additional questions or would like to register by phone, please call or email Nicole at Nicole@OutdoorPhotoWorkshops.com or (813) 956-8702.

New for 2010 we have added a series of workshops lead by Dick Kettlewell, an award winning wildlife photographer and photojournalist. This is a two-day photographic workshop, capturing the images of spring as it comes to the prairies and the fabled Black Hills of western South Dakota, one of the highlights of which is the spring courtship antics and display of one of the most striking birds found anywhere on the North American prairies -- the sharp-tailed grouse. This workshop is unique in that you pick your dates, providing you a very personalized workshop!
